The best thing to do is enroll in a Beginner Workshop Series. You can gain confidence and learn all the terminology and basic movements in a fun and playful atmosphere. You can sign up for the next workshop series on the homepage.
Yoga classes are mostly online. You can join them through the Wellness Living Software Platform by selected the "Online Classes" tab above.
We welcome students of all experience levels. Erin's techniques are different than what you may be used to even if you are a yoga professional yourself. Online classes are certainly fine for beginners, however, but we do encourage beginners to take at least one in-person 6 week Beginner Workshop series to learn the terminology and basic movements. Some in-person workshop series require yoga experience.
Classes and workshops vary in length. Classes are 1 hour to 90 minutes.
