Erin has a Master's Degree in Yoga Therapy from Maryland University of Integrative Health. She has been teaching fitness and yoga for nearly two decades. She started out as an environmental engineer and after her kids were born took up teaching jobs in fitness and never went back to environmental work. Desk work just never suited her and

She started out as an environmental engineer and after her kids were born took up teaching jobs in fitness and never went back to environmental work. Desk work just never suited her and she loves working with people directly to help them achieve their health goals using the tools of yoga therapy.
